Your New Role

We have an opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join our Real Assets team within Investments. Reporting to the Head of Research and Business Management, this role provides high‑quality administrative and coordination support in a fast‑paced, global environment.

The Real Assets team operates globally, and this role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong judgement and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across different time zones. You will play a key role in enabling the team’s effectiveness by ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, documentation and day‑to‑day operations.

In this role, you’ll:

Provide professional administrative support to senior leaders in Real Assets, including proactive diary management and credit card reconciliation
Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare presentations, format Board papers, and support conferences, meetings and events
Work closely with other Team Coordinators to ensure consistent support across the Real Assets function
Maintain filing systems, registers and documentation, including meeting and travel records
Support onboarding and establishment of new team members
Use sound judgement to prioritise matters, escalate where appropriate, and ensure timely outcomes
Build and maintain positive working relationships to support effective collaboration and information sharing

What You’ll Need

Demonstrated experience in a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally supporting senior leaders
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all organisational levels
A high level of discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Strong stakeholder relationship skills and a collaborative working style
Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing, maintaining and improving office systems and administrative processes
