The Role
As the Regional Quality Director, Delivery Assurance (APAC), you will work with the Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance, to help shape, operationalize, and scale the Delivery Assurance function across APAC. You will be expected to combine deep delivery expertise, strong executive presence, and data-driven decision‑making to protect Guidewire’s brand, reduce critical escalations, and elevate the maturity and consistency of partner‑led delivery in APAC.
