Expression of Interest (EOI): Owner-Driver Contractor | 14-Pallet Chilled/Frozen Truck

Location: South East Queensland (Brisbane/Gold Coast/Ipswich regions)

Job Type: Sub-contractor / Owner-Driver

Required Vehicle: 14-Pallet Refrigerated Truck (Chilled & Frozen capability)

Potential Start: July 2026 (Subject to client confirmation)

About the Opportunity

We are a family-owned refrigerated transport and logistics company operating across South East Queensland. We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from reliable, professional owner-drivers with their own 14-pallet refrigerated truck for upcoming dedicated run opportunities.

If you are an experienced contractor looking to secure consistent, local work with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

The Work (Pending Client Confirmation)

Structure: 2x dedicated runs on offer, operating 2 days a week.
Freight: Temperature-controlled logistics (chilled and frozen goods).
Region: Local South East QLD distribution.
Timeline: Anticipated start in early July 2026.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this sub-contractor opportunity, you must possess and maintain:

Vehicle: A well-maintained 14-pallet refrigerated truck capable of maintaining strict chilled and frozen temperatures (down to -18°C or below).
Compliance: Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence (or higher), active ABN, and registered for GST.
Insurance: Marine Cargo/Transit Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, and Comprehensive Commercial Vehicle Insurance.
Experience: Proven experience in temperature-controlled transport and food safety handling protocols.
Attributes: High reliability, punctuality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
