Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safe, quality care
You'll stand out if you bring experience in community or aged care settings and/or additional study in areas such as aged care, palliative care, or continence management. Most importantly, you're passionate about improving lives and supporting people to remain connected to their community.
