Fast-paced role solving daily warehouse, transport and stock flow issues

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Brandbank and help ensure the smooth, on-time flow of stock across Australia and New Zealand. This role sits at the centre of daily operations, coordinating B2B and B2C deliveries, warehouse activity, transport, and store support across all brands.

You'll manage inbound and outbound stock flow in line with critical path requirements, support online fulfilment, and assist with store openings, closures, refurbishments, and replenishment. Working closely with internal teams, 3PLs, and transport partners, you'll play a key role in resolving issues quickly and keeping product moving efficiently across the network.

THE ROLE:

Coordinate end-to-end stock flow across B2B and B2C channels to ensure on-time delivery performance
Monitor warehouse receipts (POs and TOs) and manage priorities in line with critical path requirements
Support online fulfilment performance to ensure service levels are consistently met
Oversee store deliveries across AU and NZ, ensuring accurate and on-time final mile execution
Support store openings, closures, refurbishments, and ongoing replenishment requirements
Book and coordinate transport requirements to align with operational and delivery timelines
Manage daily operational issues across warehousing, transport, and stock flow, including escalation and resolution
Monitor warehouse performance, identifying risks to service levels and driving corrective action
Collaborate with 3PLs, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Support reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role (retail environment preferred)
Strong understanding of warehouse and store delivery operations
Experience working with Australian transport providers
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Retek, WMS, MPOS advantageous)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator - comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
BI/reporting experience is beneficial but not essential
