How you will make an impact
As the Nurse Manager of our Instrument/Circulating team you will
Play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the seamless daily operation of our busy department.
Drive innovation and best practice in a well-established and mature program
Lead a high performing team with a ‘can do’ culture focusing on providing exceptional quality care to our patients
Be a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for:
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
Victorian Working with Children Check
Experienced in a broad range of surgical specialties with demonstrated strong leadership skills
A vision and passion for team development and service expansion
A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care
Flexibility and a positive attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
Enthusiasm for participation and leading in a team environment
