- Collaborate with colleagues across Kestral on technical issues, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI‑driven tools and modern healthcare integration standards, to support innovation within pathology systems

- Capability to assess complex laboratory workflows through direct customer engagement and observation, and convert findings into documented business requirements, improvement recommendations, and implemented technical solutions
- Ability to identify manual or repetitive processes within laboratory workflows and develop scripted or automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Experience working with healthcare or complex integrated systems, preferably within pathology or radiology environments
