Full Job Description

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join one of Brisbane's most recognised properties. Royal on the Park Hotel is located in the CBD, opposite the Botanic Gardens, and carries a rich history through its signature venue, The Walnut Restaurant.

Food & Beverage is central to our daily operations, spanning large-scale events in the Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Ballroom, weddings, intimate dining in the Walnut Restaurant, meetings and conferences across our function rooms and a 24/7 in-house guest service.

About the role

Deliver friendly and professional service across all Food & Beverage operations
Identify and meet guest needs and expectations across food and beverage spaces
Communicate with all departments, including Kitchen and Front Office, to support a positive guest experience
Assist across all service areas as required, including Bar, in-room dining and restaurant
Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Manage inventory and stock control
Supervise staff on each shift and provide constructive feedback to support performance

About You

1–2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role preferred,
A genuine commitment to customer service and leadership, with the ability to work under pressure,
Strong verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail,
Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster,
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
