Full Job Description

Ingot Hotel Perth is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.

We pride ourselves on creating a genuine “Home Away from Home” for our guests through authentic human connection, professionalism, and consistently high service standards. As a busy full-service hotel catering to both corporate and leisure guests, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service delivery
Remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods

About You:

Previous bartending experience within a hotel, bar, or busy hospitality venue
Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional grooming and presentation
Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and strong team focus aligned with our values of Together is Better

Key Requirements

Current RSA certification (essential)
Current Approved Manager certification preferred but not essential
Previous bar experience/cocktail making skills (essential)
Current national police clearance (essential)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
