At Yooralla, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive difference, working as a team to support people with disability to live the lives they choose.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Yooralla’s Central Office operations - providing leadership to administrative and reception staff, managing day-to-day property services and facilities, and coordinating IT asset support to ensure our teams have what they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Central Office administration including procurement, supplier management, and expense monitoring
Lead and support Reception staff, fostering a positive, inclusive work culture
Manage facility operations, maintenance, safety compliance, and relationships with building management
Administer IT assets: provisioning, maintaining the IT asset register, and supporting staff with IT needs
Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of office and IT processes

About You

Experienced in office management or a senior administrative leadership role
Skilled in supervising staff, driving workflow efficiency, and process improvement
Strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with IT asset administration and general office technologies
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused

Current Australian driver's licence
