Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is where ADG began. With more than 25 years on the coast, the team has played a key role in shaping the skyline, delivering some of the region’s most significant towers and large‑scale projects, including the Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village. Long‑standing relationships with major developers and a unique partnership with theme park operators have also established the team as a national specialist in this space.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Gold Coast. Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a pivotal role focused on planning, managing, and delivering a diverse range of complex civil engineering projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes by managing quality, costs, and schedules to consistently exceed client expectations. This includes overseeing and reviewing project planning and detailed design, delivering work to a high standard, and ensuring solutions are both innovative and commercially sound.
