About the Role
Located on Meyers Place in the heart of the CBD, San Telmo is Melbourne’s iconic Argentinian parrilla restaurant, renowned for premium steaks, wood-fired cooking and energetic hospitality. Part of The San Telmo Group, San Telmo delivers high-volume, premium dining experiences in a fast-paced venue with strong opportunities for career development.

As a Bartender & FOH Salesperson at San Telmo, your day-to-day will involve:

Delivering premium bar and floor service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Driving food and beverage sales through confident menu recommendations and upselling
Preparing cocktails, wines and beverages to venue standards with speed and consistency
Building strong guest relationships and creating memorable dining experiences
Maintaining exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the venue

Skills & Experience

Previous bartending and floor service experience within a premium hospitality venue
Strong food and beverage knowledge with confidence in guest engagement and upselling
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
Team-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
