Full Job Description

About the role

Our Sydney office is looking to appoint an Administrator/Project Manager Assistant. Reporting to the senior accounts/office manager you will be responsible for providing fleet management, office administration and project support and assisting the team to achieve QHSE targets.

Responsibilities

Support and undertake activities related to the delivery of projects including;
Format documents, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
Travel bookings and tracking
Photocopying, scanning and binding on behalf of engineers.
Assist the Geotechnical Team with sub-contractor coordination, management including tracking POs on behalf of the PMs;
Tracking of project deliverables against schedules.
Assist with the completion of project-related quality documentation.
Maintaining all CMW vehicles, including but not limited to organizing registrations, repairs, and services, record keeping, and updating registers.
Assist and support the Office Manager & team leaders in relation to quality and health and safety documentation.
Assist the Office Manager & HSE Rep with HSE auditing; and
Co-ordination of office events and meetings
Minute taking for the Office Manager and Project Managers
Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Office Manager

Qualification/Experience

No formal qualifications are needed for this role; however, a strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
Experience or interest in Geotechnical Engineering is advantageous.
