About Us

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join our busy Perth department on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in the Forrestdale branch.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Production order preparation and timely closure for service invoicing
Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
Payroll support – collating timesheets and leave
Purchase order and invoice processing
Compile information required for internal & external audits
Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
Assist in other general Service administration tasks

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
