About the Role:
- Play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integration, automation and Power Platform solutions
- Working in alignment with the enterprise integration, automation, and AI roadmap, this role ensures all solutions are delivered to a high technical standard and support long-term strategic objectives set by the Head of Integration & Automation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be working in a role focused primarily on new development, with around 70% of your time dedicated to greenfield initiatives and 30% supporting and enhancing existing solutions. Working in two-week sprint cycles, you'll identify and assess RPA opportunities, partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects and senior developers to deliver scalable automation solutions.
You’ll be involved across the full RPA lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to development, UAT and stakeholder show-and-tell sessions. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with both technical teams and the business to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in GenAI solutions, AI powered automations and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, with a foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and responsible AI practices.
- Experience designing and implementing Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, solution management and ALM.
- Proven development experience using C# .NET and/ or Java.
- Solid proficiency with SQL and relational database technologies.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Exposure to ETL processes and data security best practices is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience integrating complex systems within ERP, CRM and Insurance platforms.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with MuleSoft Integration Platform, including API and microservices implementation.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies such as ServiceBus and messaging platforms including RabbitMQ or similar.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
