About You

You bring:

Proven experience leading an early learning service
A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and quality practice
Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
A deep commitment to child and cultural safety
Strong communication, organisation and relationship skills

You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, people and performance.
