The Creative Content Strategist takes the lead on content marketing for commercial real estate assets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you'll shape compelling brand narratives, drive integrated marketing campaigns, and make a measurable impact on market positioning and business growth.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end campaign process — from strategy to delivery — across multiple brands and projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing brand positioning for commercial properties, using data and market insights to identify what sets assets apart

Creating messaging frameworks to ensure consistent expression across all touchpoints

Translating client and stakeholder business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and high-impact materials

Managing the full production lifecycle — timelines, approvals, and execution — across internal teams and agency partnerships

Building content strategies that support business development and strengthen market presence for Property Management services

Monitoring market trends and campaign performance, presenting recommendations to continuously improve outcomes
You'll bring:
You're a results-driven creative who thrives across varied projects and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

A qualification in design, communications, marketing, or a related field

Proven experience creating, managing, and distributing written and visual content across owned, earned, and paid media channels

The ability to turn ideas and themes into timely, relevant, and engaging content

Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence
