Summary:

The Executive Housekeeping Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within our hospitality establishment. This position is vital for maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in the travel and tourism industry. Based in Brisbane, Queensland, the Executive Housekeeping Manager will lead a dedicated team, implement best practices, and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping services.

Qualifications:
