Deals Transaction Services have teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
What you’ll do:

Deliver high-quality, commercially focused financial due diligence and reporting that supports complex transactions and enhances client decision-making

Perform detailed financial analysis across buy-side and sell-side engagements, identifying key drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities
-
Build a strong understanding of client businesses to uncover value drivers and provide clear, actionable insights

Utilise PwC’s leading tools and technologies — including AI and advanced analytics — to strengthen analysis and improve client outcomes

Collaborate effectively within deal teams, contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team environment

Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their technical capability and commercial acumen

Background in transaction services, assurance services (e.g. external audit), corporate finance or valuations

Proficiency in using digital tools and emerging technologies in financial analysis

Strong commercial and business acumen with a keen eye on market trends, ability to assess business opportunities and provide strategic insights that enhance client value

Act with integrity and care with the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships internally and with clients

Professional accounting qualifications and/or degree in commerce/finance, CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
