We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families. Milestones Early Learning Yokine provides high-quality childcare and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, supporting families across Yokine, Tuart Hill, Dianella, Joondanna and Perth’s inner northern suburbs. Located on the Swan Street, our long day care centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible early education and care for local families, you will be working for one of Australia’s largest childcare groups offering amazing benefits and leadership opportunities.

About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
