We are expanding our workforce due to growth in our Surface drilling operations and are currently taking applications for Driller Assistants with a strong commitment to Health & Safety and teamwork. This is a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
What does a Driller Assistant do?
You will be supporting a driller or drilling supervisor with a variety of labour tasks to assist in the safe operation of a drill rig, this can include:
- Conducting Daily pre-start equipment and safety checks
- Assisting with mixing drilling mud's/fluids/chemicals/cement
- Assisting with loading and unloading heavy vehicles & rig set up
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
A few things we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a physically demanding role. Previous offsiders experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
- HR-B or HR Unrestricted Drivers License (or working towards is essential)
- Current C Class Manual Driver's License (essential)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test and full functional assessment
- National Police Clearance within 6 months (or ability to obtain one)
- Currently living in WA (essential)
All candidates will be required to submit a recent National Police Clearance and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our dynamic team, based across our client sites on an 8 day on/ 6 day off roster. This is a FIFO field-based role that partners with operational leaders to manage EHS risk in the workplace, through implementation of our EHS management systems and programs. Building a successful relationship with our customers is crucial in delivering a strong EHS culture in the field.
