SRM Maintenance is a trusted WA contractor delivering civil, structural, and maintenance services across critical infrastructure sites. With long standing operations at Perth Airport and throughout the metropolitan region, we’re known for reliability, safety, and quality workmanship.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of commercial and residential construction projects across Western Australia. The role requires end to end project management responsibility, including planning, coordination, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with Australian building legislation and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, organise and control construction projects from initiation through to completion
Interpret and manage architectural drawings, specifications and contracts
Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
Manage and oversee subcontractors, consultants and site personnel
Monitor project timeframes, budgets, quality standards and risk management plans
Liaise with engineers, local authorities and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, building codes and regulatory requirements
Prepare tender documentation, project reports and contract variations
Manage project changes and resolve construction issues as they arise
Coordinating works within Perth Airport’s secure precincts, including permits, access, and operational requirements
Leading subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to deliver safe, high quality outcomes
Building strong relationships with clients, airport stakeholders, councils, and utility providers
Overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Conducting site inspections, technical reviews, and progress reporting

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing civil or maintenance projects (airport or high security environments highly regarded)
Strong understanding of WA civil standards and local authority requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced operational environments
Commercial acumen with experience in cost control and contract administration
Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
Current WA driver’s licence
