About the Role
In this role, you’ll support enterprise ERP systems used for finance, HR, payroll, and asset management. You’ll be the person helping users when systems don’t behave as expected—resolving issues, answering questions, and keeping critical business processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Provide first and second-level support for ERP systems
Troubleshoot issues (user errors, bugs, configuration problems)
Log, track, and manage support tickets using IT service tools
Work closely with business users to understand and resolve issues
Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades, and deployments
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
Support end-user training and system adoption
Collaborate with technical teams on more complex problems
What You Bring
Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
Understanding of ERP systems (experience with TechnologyOne is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, reporting, or BI tools
Strong communication and customer support skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience with IT support or ITIL/service desk environments is a plus
Ability to understand business processes (HR, finance, payroll)
Pay: From $6,500.00 per month
