About the Role
Sunbright Cleaning Sydney is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners, Domestic Cleaners, Housekeepers and Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team across Sydney’s North Shore and surrounding suburbs.
We are hiring for multiple cleaning positions, including:
- Residential / House / Domestic Cleaners / Housekeepers
- Bond / End of Lease Cleaners (for occasional jobs)
- Commercial Cleaners

Your Duties Will Include
- Delivering a professional, friendly and reliable customer experience
- Maintaining high presentation, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Working independently and as part of a supportive team
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general home or office cleaning
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Travelling between client locations throughout the day
- Occasional deep cleaning and end of lease / vacate cleaning duties (training provided)
Our Residential and Commercial Cleaning teams service clients across Sydney’s North Shore, including:
North Sydney, Kirribilli, Cammeray, Cremorne, Lane Cove, Chatswood, Artarmon, Willoughby, Roseville, Northbridge, Lindfield, Killara, Gordon, St Ives, Pymble, Turramurra, Wahroonga and surrounding Sydney North Shore suburbs.

What You’ll Receive
· Great Pay: Start as a Casual Cleaner from $32.31 per hour or join as a Team Leader from $33.30 per hour + 12% superannuation. Weekly pay on Tuesdays.
· Consistent and Flexible Work Options: Choose from 2, 3 or 4 weekday shifts per week to suit your lifestyle and availability
· Family-Friendly Hours:
o Residential cleaning shifts typically run between 8:00am – 4:00pm (great for school hours),
or Commercial cleaning shifts are available in the evenings from 6:00pm – 10:00pm
· Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday only — no weekends or public holidays required
· Paid Travel Between Jobs: Receive kilometre reimbursement when using your car and paid travel time and between client locations
· Full Equipment Provided: Uniform, professional cleaning kit, vacuum, mop and cleaning products supplied
· Premium Clients: Work with respectful residential and commercial clients across Sydney’s North Shore
· Paid Training & Support: Full paid training provided, including systems and apps on your phone to help you succeed in your role each day

What We’re Looking For: This role is NOT for everyone. We are searching for a wonderful new team member who is:
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
· Friendly, respectful and easy-going, with a positive attitude
· Professional and well-presented when interacting with clients
· Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotels or Airbnb cleaning is highly regarded, however full paid training is provided.
· Detail-oriented and take genuine pride in their work
· Quick learners who are willing to grow, improve and follow systems
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive small team or cleaning duo
· Naturally proactive, with a leadership flair and the ability to lead by example
· Physically fit and active, as this is a hands-on role
· Comfortable around pets and able to work confidently and calmly in family homes
· Committed to delivering a great customer experience with care, consistency and professionalism
Essential Requirements. To apply, you must have:
· Full Australian working rights or valid visa (including student visa or working holiday visa holders)
· Valid Driver’s Licence and Experience driving in Sydney
· Reliable car or able to drive the company car
· Availability for at least 2 weekdays during day hours for residential shifts
· Ability to speak and understand English
· Valid Police Check for paid work (or willingness to obtain one)
· TFN holder
