Part-Time | 3 Weekdays + Alternating Saturdays | Growth Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly, well-established team at DB Dental North Fremantle. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career dentists looking to build confidence in a supportive environment, while also appealing to experienced clinicians seeking flexibility and autonomy.
With 3 weekdays plus an alternating Saturday, this position offers excellent work-life balance, along with clear opportunities to grow into additional days or expand across the broader DB Dental/NDC network.
About the Practice
Located in a central, convenient area with free on-site parking, our modern 3-chair practice is fully equipped with OPG, intra-oral cameras and an iTero scanner. We are uniquely positioned next door to the DB Dental support office, providing direct access to operational and clinical support. You’ll be joining a welcoming, close-knit team with a loyal patient base and strong community reputation.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to build and grow your clinical skills across general dentistry in a supportive setting. New graduates will benefit from mentorship and peer support, while experienced dentists will enjoy full clinical autonomy with no KPIs or sales pressure.
There is strong potential to increase days over time or explore opportunities across other practices within the NDC network.
