What You’ll Do
Based at
our Arundel, Springwood, Stones Corner or North Lakes office you’ll support
NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Lead and mentor Core Behaviour Support Practitioner's at Better Rehab, supporting high-quality, person-centered Behaviour support in line with NDIS best practice.
Drive clinical excellence through supervision, feedback, and professional development while ensuring ethical and evidence-based interventions.
Join a collaborative team where your leadership shapes clinician growth and delivers meaningful outcomes for clients.
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- PBS Registration - minimum of Proficient Suitability
. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
. Minimum of 3 years experience within Behaviour Support
