Full Job Description

Coffey Testing is currently seeking entry-level Technicians to join our Perth Laboratory who will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of the construction materials used in some of Australia’s largest rail, mining and infrastructure projects. We have several full-time roles available for Entry Level CMT Technicians , and we encourage all to apply. If you are ready to kickstart your Construction Materials Testing Career and tick some or all of the following boxes, we want to hear from you:

Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to quality assurance and workplace safety;
Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
Shares information and ideas and looks for opportunities to help and support others;
Is physically fit and able to perform a manual labour-intensive role which includes heavy lifting;
Flexibility to travel between local offices as required;
Can work effectively under pressure, prioritising work to meet client demands;
Is looking to start a rewarding career in construction materials testing;
Has the ability to work autonomously and displays a level of self-motivation;
Maintain equipment in good operating order;
Performs an undertaking of a variety of manual tasks in the field and in the laboratory, including preparing and testing soil, aggregates & concrete samples;
Liaising with Coffey Testing’s client onsite on testing schedules, procedures and results, representing the Coffey Testing brand;
Maintain or exceed expected competency benchmark levels, including safety, accuracy and productivity;
Ensures accuracy of test results and timely output of work; and/or
Attends rostered work times punctually in a fit for work condition; and/or
Holds a current manual driver's licence (advantageous).
