We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Lead (Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy) who can take full ownership of digital direction across key client accounts and internal initiatives. This is not just an execution role—you will define how digital strategy is shaped, measured, and improved across multiple channels.

You will act as the bridge between business goals, creative execution, and technical delivery, leading strategy across SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and digital transformation. You will also mentor and guide a small team of specialists, ensuring everything we deliver is aligned, high-performing, and outcome-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Leadership:
Own the development and execution of digital growth strategies across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

Performance Marketing Oversight:
Guide strategy across SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI.

Data & Insights:
Use analytics and performance data to identify opportunities, refine campaigns, and improve decision-making.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a small team of digital specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
Present strategies, performance insights, and growth opportunities to clients and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Growth Optimization:
Identify new digital channels, automation opportunities, and scaling strategies to drive long-term growth.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
7+ years in digital marketing, digital strategy, or growth-focused consulting roles, with leadership exposure.

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media platforms, analytics tools, CRO principles, and digital funnel optimization.

Leadership Ability:
Proven experience leading teams, managing client accounts, or owning strategic delivery.

Communication Skills:
Ability to simplify complex digital concepts and present strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with data to guide decisions rather than relying on assumptions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred but not essential.

Mindset:
You are commercially focused, structured in thinking, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11,667.00 – $15,000.00 per month
