The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our Construction Manager, Project Managers, Site Managers, Safety Advisors and field crews at our Sydenham Terminal station project Northwest of Melbourne.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being embedded with project teams, managing day to day site administration, document control and coordination activities. You will act as a key point of contact on site and play an important role in supporting project delivery from mobilisation through to close-out.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage project expenses
- Maintain various registers and databases
- Coordinate travel, meetings and events relating to projects
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as required
- General document control and managing records

About You
You will bring:
- Experience in a similar project or site administration role
- Strong administration and document control capability in a construction or project environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with site-based and office teams
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in utilities, construction or renewable energy projects
