What we’re looking for

You bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering Best Care, every person, every time. Along with current AHPRA registration, you will have:

Minimum 12 months general nursing experience, with strong assessment skills.
Experience in acute, community and/or aged care.
Exposure to complex care (e.g. PICC lines, infusions, advanced wound care) – highly regarded.
A strong client‑centred, collaborative approach to care.
A teachable, flexible attitude and commitment to ongoing learning.
Excellent time management, communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
A current full Australian driver’s licence.

The role

Deliver exceptional person-centred care empowering clients to continue living in the comfort of their own homes.
Be a champion for clients and their families, advocating for their rights and wellbeing.
Manage your own daily caseload (fewer, more meaningful visits).
Conduct assessments, admissions & care planning
Provide clinical care including wound care, medications & advanced care needs
Deliver advanced clinical care and escalate concerns appropriately.
Delegate care to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers within scope.
Work autonomously in the community with strong clinical support.
Build trusted relationships with clients, families & care teams.
You’ll work autonomously — but always backed by a supportive clinical team.
