We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Inflight Planning & Records Coordinator to join our Data and Planning team based in Sydney on a fixed-term contract of 12–24 months.

More about this role

Reporting to the Manager Data and Planning, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate airline documentation, menu specifications, and inflight planning records. Working closely with Customer Service Managers, operational teams, and airline customers, you will ensure critical information is updated, controlled, and distributed on time to support daily operations across the dnata catering & retail network.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update airline documentation, menu specifications, and galley plans.
Ensure all inflight planning records are accurate, controlled, and distributed on time.
Manage document version control and record keeping.
Coordinate and communicate documentation changes with key stakeholders.
Retrieve and update information from airline systems and customer portals.
Support operational teams and Customer Service Managers with planning requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant

About You

Experience in administration, planning, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with airline catering documentation or planning processes (desirable).
