Full Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator in Kingsgrove to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team play a key role in delivering a responsive, high‑quality service experience while supporting contract performance and operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Coordinating the end-to-end work order lifecycle across multiple contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Acting as a senior point of contact for complex queries and escalations, providing clear, compassionate, and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
Supporting service delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows, proactive issue resolution, and strong service outcomes.
Reviewing, finalising, and validating work orders, claims, and invoicing to support commercial accuracy and contract performance.
Mentoring and supporting Service Delivery Coordinators, contributing to knowledge sharing, capability uplift, and a positive team culture.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment, with confidence managing multiple priorities and tight timeframes.
Strong coordination, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Sound systems capability, including MS Office, and the ability to work confidently within work order or contract management systems.
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to provide guidance, share knowledge, and support others to succeed.
