About the Role

As a Maintenance Handyperson, you’ll deliver a high standard of property maintenance services across our Illawarra sites in a full time capacity across Monday to Friday.

This role is extremely diverse, with the successful candidate leading a variety of maintenance activities to support the needs and interests of our residents and clients.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Demonstrated experience in a general maintenance, carpentry, cleaning or other relevant trade roles
An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites in the Illawarra area as required
A trade qualification (desirable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work flexible hours
A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
