About the Role

In this role, you’ll coordinate mediations across family law matters, including children’s, property, and care and protection cases, while promoting mediation as an effective way to resolve disputes. You’ll manage a high volume of work independently, stay organised, and communicate clearly with clients and solicitors in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.

Experience in family law or mediation administration is an advantage
Bring a calm, organised approach to work, even in high‑pressure environments
Confidently manage a high volume of tasks while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
Communicate clearly, sensitively, and professionally with a wide range of people
Work effectively with individuals experiencing challenging or stressful circumstances
Use sound judgement to assess situations and solve problems
Navigate complex information, including legal documents, with accuracy and confidence
Proactive and take ownership of tasks, following through to completion
Adapt quickly when priorities shift or new demands arise
Comfortable using technology and systems to manage information accurately
Value collaboration and contribute positively to team outcomes
Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
