Permanent Position | Monday to Friday | Paid at Casual Rates
Brand New Centre Opened in March 2026 – Be Part of the Foundation Team

We’re excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our brand‑new early learning centre. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, environment, and educational program from the very beginning. The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, with the benefit of being paid at casual rates.

About the Role

As the Lead Educator for our Infants and Toddlers room, you will guide the program, support children’s development, and help establish a warm, nurturing, and high‑quality learning environment. You’ll work closely with a supportive leadership team as we build our centre’s identity and practices together.

What You’ll Do

Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the educational program for children aged 0–2
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports each child’s wellbeing and development
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
Mentor and support educators within the room
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework, centre policies, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the setup, organisation, and ongoing improvement of our brand‑new centre

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with infants and toddlers
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practice for children aged 0–2
Confident leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s early development
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
