Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Wollongong/Shell Harbour NSW

Location: Wollongong/Shell Harbour (NSW)
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent

A day in the life…

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Build strong customer relationship through regular face-to-face meetings, identifying needs, showcasing product offerings, and negotiating sales agreements.
Monitor and leverage competitor insights and customer feedback to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and customers as required.
Deliver against key sales KPIs, including shelf management, presell, compliance, and execution of high-impact displays.
Drive additional value by uncovering in-store opportunities such as incremental distribution and off-location displays.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of Merchandisers
You will need to be flexible as there will be a regional stay involved- approx. 3 - 4 nights every 4 weeks

Travel Requirements

You will be responsible for visiting customers and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

The territory does have a regional area to service. Approx 3-4 nights every 4 weeks.
Attending conferences and participating in sales meetings.

What will make you successful?

As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products, we are looking for:

Field sales or retail experience preferred ideally in FMCG.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.
Knowledge of MS Office & PowerBI
This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
