To better support our product development and design initiatives, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic / Product Designer to join our AU office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing creative, market-relevant product and packaging designs, preparing technical drawings and presentation materials, and communicating design concepts to overseas clients across the US, Europe, and Australia. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, a solid understanding of product development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and international clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Packaging Design

Develop creative and market-relevant product and packaging designs for homeware and kitchenware collections.
Participate in the new product development (NPD) process, from concept creation, prototyping, and material selection through to final production.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and production quality.

Design Documentation & Artwork

Prepare technical drawings, mockups, renderings, and presentation boards for internal use and client proposals.
Maintain accurate design files, specifications, and artwork documentation.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

Conduct market research and trend analysis to guide future product directions.
Prepare trend books and seasonal inspiration reports for internal design and merchandising teams.、

Client Communication & Presentation

Communicate and present design concepts and proposals to overseas clients, primarily in the US, Europe, and Australia.
Represent the design function professionally in client-facing meetings and presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams throughout the design and production cycle.
Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturers where required to ensure design intent is carried through to production.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Degree / Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product and graphic design, preferably in homeware, kitchenware, or consumer goods.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D / SolidWorks for product visualisation.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Able to present and communicate effectively with overseas clients.
Good proficiency in Mandarin.

Highly Desirable

Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings.
Experience in event or tradeshow booth design.
