Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and Xx Marketing Specialist (expand here)We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Marketing Specialist to join Tiger Brokers’ Australian team. In this role, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow Tiger Brokers’ brand presence, acquire new investors, and deepen engagement with existing clients across the Australian market. You will work closely with our international BD and product teams to deliver campaigns that connect everyday investors with our award-winning trading platform, Tiger Trade.
Key responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow Tiger Brokers’ brand awareness and client acquisition in the Australian market, aligned with fintech and online brokerage industry trends.
· Monitor and analyse Australian retail investment trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments (ASIC) to inform campaign strategy and product positioning.
· Position Tiger Brokers’ unique differentiators – including its NASDAQ listing, ASIC regulation, Tiger Trade platform, and access to US, Australian and Asian markets – across all marketing materials and channels.
· Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media (WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email and paid media to drive user acquisition and platform engagement.
· Create compelling investor-facing content including educational resources, market commentary, product guides, social media posts and promotional materials that build trust and drive conversions.
· Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, in-app data) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimise acquisition and retention outcomes.
· Coordinate investor events, webinars, roadshows, and community activations (including ground promotions and referral programmes) to build brand affinity and generate leads.
· Analyse market data and user behaviour to identify emerging growth opportunities in retail investment, particularly within the Chinese-Australian and broader multicultural investor communities.
· Monitor competitor brokerages and fintech platforms and adapt strategies to maintain Tiger Brokers’ competitive positioning in niche investor segments.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, from local Australian campaigns to global partner and HQ communications, in alignment with ASIC regulatory requirements.
· Develop internal marketing materials and playbooks to support the BD and client-facing teams in promoting Tiger Brokers’ products and services. Collaborate with the BD team to support partnership and B2B channel development.
· Drive user growth by conducting in-depth market research to uncover opportunities for new investor acquisition and deeper engagement with existing clients across Tiger Brokers’ product suite.
· Provide strategic marketing input on product launches, pricing promotions, new trading products, and channel strategy in collaboration with the product and BD teams.
Skills required:
· Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in fintech, financial services, online brokerage, or a related digital industry industry.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within the fintech, online brokerage, investment platform, or broader financial services industry.
· Qualification in Marketing/Business or related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven success in B2C and/or B2B digital marketing, ideally in a regulated financial services or technology environment.Demonstrated success in B2C digital marketing campaigns targeting retail investors or consumers in a regulated environment, with measurable acquisition and engagement outcomes.
· Technical Skills:
- Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite - Digital analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, platform-specific dashboards (e.g., Tiger Trade in-app data)
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) - CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced knowledge of social media Campaigns - Social media platforms: WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu social media_REMOVE Campaigns_REMOVE
· Soft Skills:

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
