The Role

We are currently seeking a Planning Administrator to join our existing team working from our Perth CBD Head Office from Monday to Friday. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projects
Ensuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnel
Updating leave requests
Minute taking during team meetings

What You Will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Excel
Administration experience showing attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
