Achieve Something Great
Play a key role in supporting the Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU) within South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), contributing to a growing andstrategic research environment. In addition to working closely with senior leaders to implement district-wide clinical trials strategies and priorities, this role will also provide an opportunity to be at the centre of coordinating clinical trial operations, including, financeprocessing, reporting processes, and stakeholder engagement across research groups.

Gain exposure to end-to-end clinical trial support functions, including governance,finance processing, reporting, data management, and operational planning.
Contribute to improving access to and performance of clinical trials by supporting process improvements and recruitment of clinical trial professionals for the Centralised Coordination Hub.
Opportunity to engage with internal and external stakeholders, includingclinicians, researchers, sponsors, and partner organisations.
Support and enhance the visibility of clinical trials through website management, communications, and reporting

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate for this role must be highly organised and proactive administration professional with experience supporting complex programs, in healthcare, research, or government settings. While an interest or experience in clinical trials, research administration, or healthcare systems will be highly regarded, candidates should also be comfortable in working with databases, spreadsheets, and administrativesystems (e.g., reporting tools, rostering, procurement, financeinvoicing/receipting systems).

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage competingdeadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
Strong experience in committee coordination and secretariat support(agendas, minutes, action tracking).
Skilled in data management and reporting, with the ability to interpret andpresent information clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with diverse stakeholders (clinicians, researchers, executives,sponsors).
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across multidisciplinaryteams.

Experience working in a research / administration environment with senior executive or knowledge and understanding about the medical research environment.
Proven high order written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative management skills including the ability to deal with and prioritise a high workload and work autonomously and as part of a team.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills including ability to work under constant pressure and in a fast paced environment.
Excellent computer skills including word processing and data base management.
Well-developed organizational skills and experience in project and event management.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high throughput workload and prioritise competing work demands whilst ensuring attention to detail.
. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
