What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a commercial asset in Brisbane CBD.

A snapshot of the role:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance
Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system
Develop and maintain a robust health and safety programs for each site Foster strong relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly
Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client (property owner or asset manager)
Prepare and present monthly operational reports to senior management

Extensive experience commercial property management (office / industrial)
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Crisis management and conflict resolution skills
