The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and talented leaders to join our dynamic teams across various policy areas. In these roles, you will contribute to whole-of-government projects and programs and provide high-level strategic advice.

We have multiple opportunities within the following areas:

Target 120

Target 120 is an early intervention program addressing the complex needs of at risk young people and their families to prevent escalating offending behaviour. The program is delivered across 20 sites in metropolitan and regional WA.

As a Principal Program and Project Officer, you will:

Supervise service delivery across multiple sites in Perth metro and regional WA
Ensure staff and partner organisations are appropriately trained to deliver the program.
Support partner organisations to meet grant agreement deliverables.
Develop strategies, initiatives and policies to support the program .
Be a primary facilitator between government agencies, community service organisations, and the local community.

At Risk Youth

As a Principal Project Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a project team to support the design, development, and community engagement for high priority programs such as Home Safe, undertaking complex research and analysis, and providing strategic policy advice to assist in shaping and influencing the department’s strategic direction and align with government priorities. Some main duties include:

Managing comprehensive compliance, risk management, quality assurance and governance strategies and processes for project and program management.
Preparing consolidated reporting for the project board, management and stakeholders, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of costs incurred.
