This position is ideal for senior‑level marketing or commercial professional to join the Marketing team as a Channel Manager – Orthodontics, leading the end‑to‑end Ortho channel strategy integrating Invisalign and iTero across the ANZ market.
Partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, Finance, and cross‑functional teams, you will drive market‑led strategy, portfolio optimization, and high‑impact go‑to‑market execution. This role is critical in accelerating growth across the orthodontic segment by deepening customer engagement, strengthening retention, and unlocking new opportunities across orthodontic specialist audiences.
Own and lead the overall orthodontic channel strategy across Invisalign and iTero, ensuring a fully integrated approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and customer landscape, including segmentation, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform strategic priorities, positioning, and differentiation.
- Build strong expertise across the Invisalign and iTero product portfolios and define the optimal product portfolio strategy to drive growth within the customer segment.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through portfolio expansion, cross‑sell, and improved adoption.
- Demonstrate strong clinical and technical marketing expertise, translating orthodontic segment needs into compelling value propositions and solutions.
- Develop and execute growth programs to retain loyal doctors and progress low‑tier doctors into mid‑tier performance.
- Lead Advantage Tier Program management, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer value.
- Drive the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process for the orthodontic channel, including support for bespoke initiatives and priority accounts.
- Own and manage the orthodontic marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, governance, and return on investment.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for launches, working cross‑functionally to ensure strong adoption and impact.
- Partner closely with Clinical teams on event planning and management, ensuring educational and commercial alignment across all orthodontic events.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Dental; MBA preferred. Dental qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, channel management, or commercial roles, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, dental, or orthodontics.
- Strategic capability: Proven ability to develop and execute channel, portfolio, and growth strategies.
- Clinical & technical aptitude: Strong ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical concepts within the orthodontic segment.
- Analytical skills: Strong market, customer, and competitive analysis capability with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Ways of working: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
- Experience in go‑to‑market planning, launch excellence, and program management.
- Strong budget management and commercial acumen.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to track outcomes.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both executive and customer‑facing audiences.
