Full Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable team member to join our small warehouse and factory outlet team! This is a casual position that blends hands-on warehouse work with front-facing customer service.

About the Role:

You’ll be helping us pack online orders with care and accuracy, while also welcoming and assisting customers who visit our onsite retail outlet.

Your tasks will include:

Picking and packing online orders based on order sheets
Serving walk-in customers and providing helpful product advice
Keeping the packing and shop areas tidy and organised
Assisting with stock handling and general warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, friendly personality and positive attitude
Previous retail sales or customer service experience
Ability to accurately read order sheets and attention to detail when packing
Comfortable being on your feet and working both independently and with a small team in a warehouse environment
Punctual, reliable, and available to work Mondays (plus 1–2 other weekdays)
