Experienced Timber / Assembly Worker – Clontarf

If you’ve built pallets, crates or timber assembly before or worked in a carpentry role — this is a role where your experience will genuinely be valued.

CMTP is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Timber / Assembly Worker to join our Clontarf team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assembling timber products including cases, crates, and pallets

Operating timber processing machinery and equipment

Managing your own workflow — working autonomously to meet daily targets

Reading and following basic assembly drawings

Supporting team performance by coaching and guiding newer team members

Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and output

About You

Proven experience in timber assembly (cases, crates, pallets) or carpentry

Experience with timber machinery and processing equipment

Able to work independently, manage your own output, and hit targets

Natural team player who enjoys coaching, and supporting others

Able to read and follow basic drawings and measurements

Open to ongoing learning and development

Forklift licence is a bonus, not essential
