The Role:

Commercial Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the performance and strategic management of a diverse commercial property portfolio across Sydney.

This is a position suited to a commercially minded professional who can confidently manage properties, build strong client relationships, and drive value across industrial, retail and commercial investments.

You will play a key role in overseeing portfolio performance, advising landlords, and working closely with leasing, sales and property management teams to maximise outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and value growth
Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with client objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
Oversee leasing strategies in collaboration with internal sales & leasing teams
Monitor market conditions and provide strategic advice to clients
Prepare and present detailed reporting including budgets, forecasts and asset performance
Identify value-add opportunities including repositioning, upgrades and lease structuring
Manage risk, compliance and operational performance across the portfolio

About You

Preferred 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management
Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial property markets
Proven ability to manage client relationships at a high level
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assets and priorities
Relevant qualifications in Property, Business or related field (preferred)
