$147,653 per annum - $175,917 per annum (Health Mgr Lvl 4) + 12% super.

About the Role
The Senior Manager leads the Executive and Ministerial Services function, providing leadership to the delivery of a substantial and diverse Government affairs portfolio, setting the strategic direction to ensure the delivery of a range of written material and of initiatives to optimise alignment with Government's strategic objectives.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Demonstrated experience in government processes, including Cabinet and parliamentary liaison, executive support, and preparation of high-level documentation within a public sector environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and correspondence, and provide business-focused solutions.
Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and drive organisational outcomes.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of, or ability to quickly gain knowledge of, NSW Ambulance operations and Government and NSW Health strategic priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.

Conditions

There is no entitlement to Transferred Employees Benefit (TEB) or travel allowance associated with this opportunity.
No NSW Ambulance accommodation is provided.
Employees currently undertaking an Extended Care Paramedic or Intensive Care Paramedic consolidation periods are eligible to apply however will need to complete all training and return of service obligations before accepting any relief/acting opportunities.
Employees currently undertaking a Special Operations Team (SOT) consolidation period are not eligible to apply for positions other than SOT positions. This includes positions offered via merit selection, transfer lists or later transfer mechanism, expressions of interest or secondments.
