Job Title: SAP IS Retail Master Data Consultant

Location: Sydney, Australia

Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Master Data Consultant with a minimum of 10 years to join our team. Manages, configures, and maintains core retail data objects (Article, Site, Vendor, Customer) to ensure accurate, integrated data across SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems. He translate business requirements into functional solutions, handling merchandise hierarchies, assortments, and POS integration, typically requiring 5–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain Article Master, Site Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master.

Configure merchandise hierarchies, categories, characteristics, and listing processes.

Ensure seamless data integration between SAP IS-Retail and modules like MM, SD, FI, and CAR (Customer Activity Repository).

Validate data quality, perform data cleansing, and resolve master data errors.

Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing (unit/integration), and go-live support.

Manage outbound IDocs, POS synchronization, and troubleshoot production issues related to data

Technical Skills:

Experience: 5–10 years in SAP IS-Retail implementation and support.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail or ECC 6.0.

Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of retail processes, including assortments, listing, and promotion management.

Integration Knowledge: Experience with POS systems, CAR, and EDI.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Typical Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
