Mechanical Trade Assistant

Providing exceptional personnel management on site, Fastrak, based in Western Australia, has 30 years of experience servicing the engineering, construction and mine maintenance industry with exceptional employees. Our services also include fabrication, engineering, construction and offshore work.

Fastrak is currently seeking a Mechanical Trade Assistant with experience in the construction and erection of transportable buildings for a Perth south metro based role.

About the job:

Immediate start
Full time casual day shift
Long term position – ongoing project until end of 2026
Forklift/EWP operation
General workshop duties
Modern, clean and progressive workshop
Working for a leading Western Australian fabrication company

About you:

You must be residing in Western Australia and have unrestricted working rights
Trade Assistant with recent experience assisting tradesmen in the construction and erection of transportable buildings
A keen eye for detail, presentation and pride in work completed
Current drivers licence with reliable transport
Hold a High Risk LF / EWP Licence
Commitment to Company safety policies and procedures
Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
