Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane's vibrant hospitality sector. This part-time, permanent role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation that our guests expect. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all housekeeping staff perform their duties efficiently and to the highest quality, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing time-off requests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
